Admix GT-1
ADMIX GT-1 for grout improves grout mixture performance. This latex additive enhances the flexibility, adhesion, and resistance to water and stains of grout when added to it. In addition, it helps make the grout joint harder and longer lasting so it can endure changes in temperature, movement, and a lot of foot traffic. Even in wet or high-traffic areas, admix keeps grout appearing and performing well in home and commercial tiling projects.
Application instructions
Mixing Ratio: Combine ADMIX GT-1 with grout powder in a recommended ratio (usually replacing the water portion entirely with ADMIX GT-1). Mix until a smooth, lump-free paste is formed.
Application: Apply the prepared grout mixture into tile joints using a rubber grout float, ensuring all gaps are completely filled.
Wait Time: Allow the grout to set for 10 to 15 minutes, or until it begins to firm up on the surface.
Cleaning: Wipe off excess grout from the tile surface using a damp sponge without disturbing the joints.
Curing: Allow the grouted area to cure for 24 hours. Avoid foot traffic and water exposure during this period.
Final Rinse: After curing, lightly clean the surface with clean water to remove any haze.
